At the request of the Unified Board, a meeting of the Red Bank Pastoral Charge is called for Wednesday October 28th at 7PM at the St. Stephen’s United Church, 1871 Hwy 420 Red Bank NB E9E 1A1.
The meeting will be chaired by a representative of the Regional Council, (the Rev.) Ivan Gregan. The purpose of meeting is to give direction to the Unified Board.
The motion to be considered is as follows:
“That the members of the congregations of the Red Bank Pastoral Charge empower the Unified Board to enter negotiations with the Ministry Personnel, (the Rev.) Geza Szemok, for the purpose of reducing the terms of the call to 50% time”.
The motion above will be the only business conducted at this meeting. The vote will be taken by a show of hands unless a request for a vote by ballot is made. The agenda will be as follows: Words of Welcome & Prayer, Call to Order, Motion to Empower All Present to Vote, Motion to Empower the Unified Board (as above), Motion to Adjourn, and Benediction & Prayer.
